Return Policy

New and Unused Products

1.WalleFPV offers a 7-day return policy for all new, unopened devices.

2.Refunds will be minus shipping costs.

3.In the event of a mismatch in product/quantity, WalleFPV must be notified within 7 days of receipt and all shipping materials must be retained. (In the unlikely event that the warehouse will triple-check the order information before shipment)

4. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

5.Customers are responsible for shipping, customs fees, and duties on returned merchandise

6.To return an item, please email wallefpv@gmail.com to request a return approval.

7.The item you wish to return must be in unused condition. If the item has been used, the return request will be denied.

8.WalleFPV is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during customer return shipping. Please add tracking and/or insurance as needed.

Returning the Wrong Product

1.WalleFPV must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item/quantity shipped and all shipping materials must be retained. (The probability is small, the warehouse will check the order information three times before shipment)

2. After WalleFPV receives the tracking number of your returned package, it will resend the correct product to you.

Return Process

1. To apply for a return/exchange, please email wallefpv@gmail.com to apply for return approval.

2. If the return is due to the buyer's own reasons, the buyer will bear the shipping costs, customs duties, etc.

3. If the return is due to the seller's reasons, such as product defects, wrong items, etc., the seller will bear the buyer's shipping costs.
