Warranty Policy
Each FPV Drone sold by WalleFPV will undergo flight testing, image transmission testing, OSD data testing, and motor dynamic balancing testing before leaving the factory, so you don’t have to worry about the quality of the product when purchasing.
1. WalleFPV provides 30-day quality assurance service for the FPV Drone products it sells from the date of receipt.
2. A valid purchase receipt, receipt, or order number is required to obtain warranty service (including purchases from our dealers).
3. Please send photos or videos that clearly show product defects and describe the product usage problems in detail.
4. For products that are confirmed to be defective or have out-of-the-box quality problems, we will replace the defective parts free of charge.
We will do our best to help you solve the problem.
The warranty does not include the following situations.
1. Structural damage and circuit damage caused by flight crashes.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification, battery and charger mismatch or misuse.
3. Internal moisture and liquid short circuit damage.
4. Damage caused by unauthorized factory BF parameter modification.
5. Damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
